The Uniform Shop is run by the North Sydney Boys High School Auxiliary parent volunteers. It is open Mondays and Thursdays during the school term. All profits from the Uniform Shop provide much needed funds to support the boys’ wellbeing and to support additional teaching resources for the various faculties across the school. Parents and students can purchase uniforms in the shop or you can place an order using the Order Form.
All students are expected to wear the designated school uniforms. Please refer to the Uniform Dress Code to ensure your son is wearing the correct uniform.

The Uniform Shop has a collection of second-hand uniforms which have been kindly donated by our school families. Parents and students can donate second-hand uniforms during opening hours. Items donated need to be in decent condition and laundered.
When buying second-hand uniforms please visit the Uniform Shop to try out the sizes and check the conditions of the items. There is a no return/exchange policy in place for second-hand items.

How do I order online?
Download and fill in the Order Form and email to email@example.com.
How do I pay?
Fill in your debit or credit card details on the form; payment will be processed after we confirm the availability of the stock for your order.
What credit card can I use?
Visa and MasterCard debit or credit cards are welcome. We do not accept American Express or Diners Card.
Are my debit/credit cards details safe?
We delete your order details after it is completed. The order form will be returned when your purchase is picked up. The card details will be disposed after payment is processed.
How do I know what sizes to order?
Check the provided Size Guide and measure accordingly as brands and sizes can differ with different suppliers. In general, the sizes are based on the age of the students. We strongly advise that you try the sample sizes in the Uniform Shop first, before ordering online.
How do I know what to buy for my son?
Refer to the Uniform Dress Code to ensure you are getting the correct uniforms for your son’s year group and the season. The school newsletter, the Falcon Bulletin, will also advise when seasons change.
What happens after I email my order?
You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pick up.
How do I receive my order?
You or your son can collect the order from the Uniform Shop during opening hours.
What is needed for collection?
Tell the staff on duty your son’s name.
How soon can I collect my order?
We aim to have your order ready for collection within 7 days of receiving your order. We will need time to pack your order, which depends on the quantity of orders that we receive and stock availability. We will advise you if there are delays in stock delivery from our suppliers.
How do I get a refund or exchange items?
Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details. Goods must be returned in original packaging with the tags on and with the receipt/s. White shirts (both short and long sleeves) are not able to be refunded once the package has been opened.
What if I receive the wrong item/s?
We try our best to complete orders according to the request. Please bring it back in its original packaging for exchange or refund with the receipt.
Can I place an online order for second-hand uniforms?
No. It is better to visit the shop to purchase as we do not refund or exchange second-hand items.

Refund & Exchange Policy
Faulty items will be exchanged when presented at the shop.
Change-of-mind items must: −
- include the original packaging and tags.
Note: When buying white shirts (both long sleeves and short sleeves), please try a sample in the Uniform Shop for size before ordering online, as they are difficult to repack into the original packaging once opened. Shirts that have been opened are not able to be refunded or exchanged.
- be returned within seven (7) Uniform Shop opening days with proof of purchase.
- not have been worn or used.
- not include any form of labelling or naming.
There is no refund or exchange on caps and swimming trunks, unless faulty.
